Frequently asked questions

What you ask us most often.

When is it appropriate to engage an interim manager?

When a company needs to quickly take over the leadership of change, stabilise operations, deliver a major project or temporarily add executive management experience.

How quickly can you start?

We assess every situation individually. In urgent cases we are ready to start cooperation within a few days.

How does the first meeting work?

The first meeting serves to understand the company's situation, the owners' expectations and the project goals. Based on this we propose a suitable scope of cooperation, responsibilities and the way the project is managed.

Is an economic audit always part of the cooperation?

No. The scope of the initial diagnostics depends on the specific situation of the company. For some projects, management diagnostics and a fast takeover of leadership are enough; for others it is appropriate to add an economic audit, process analysis or a more detailed assessment of the financial situation.

Do you only work in manufacturing companies?

No. Although a significant part of our experience comes from manufacturing, we have also delivered projects in trading companies, services, energy, construction, hospitality and other sectors.

What positions do you take on?

Most often as Interim CEO, Interim COO, Interim CFO, Interim Plant Manager, Project Director, Transformation Manager and Crisis Manager. Depending on the project, our partners may take on further specialist roles.

How long does cooperation usually last?

It depends on the nature of the project. It can be a few weeks when resolving a specific crisis, or longer-term cooperation for transformation projects or generational succession.

Do you operate abroad?

Yes. We have experience delivering international projects, managing production transfers, investment projects and supporting foreign owners.
